HLS Pro-Bono Globe

Contributions of service in our communities and around the world

A commitment to public service is embedded throughout a Harvard Law School education. From the pro-bono requirement, to clinical opportunities, to guaranteed funding for public interest fellowships, to the establishment of the Bernard Koteen Office of Public Interest Advising, HLS believes that providing legal representation for those unable to afford services is a vital part of legal training.

This globe offers a visual representation of a selection of pro-bono contributions submitted by HLS alumni, faculty, staff and students. This site displays a mere fraction of the remarkable range and impact of the HLS community around the world.
