Dean John Manning and Professors Kimberlé Crenshaw, Jeannie Suk Gersen, Vicki Jackson, Frederick Schauer, and Adrian Vermeule discuss critical approaches to law, legal education, the role of courts in our system of government, statutory interpretation, jurisprudence, and the administrative state.
