Q: How do I register?
A: Registration is closed and the event is at capacity. If you have further questions, please email hls200@law.harvard.edu or call (617) 998-1459.
Q: What is the guest policy?
A: Each attendee is welcome to bring one guest. Each guest is considered a full participant and must be registered to attend.
Q: Is it possible to attend sold out sessions?
A: The summit has many extraordinary sessions, and we encourage attendees to explore the available sessions. We do not have a waitlist for full sessions; however, select sessions will be live streamed online and/or simulcast to additional rooms at HLS.
Pricing
Q: What is the cost to attend?
A: The cost for HLS alumni to attend is $350. Young HLS alumni (classes 2007-2017) receive a reduced rate of $300. Alumni who work in public interest may attend for the reduced rate of $300.
Q: What are the cancellation and refund policies?
A: After October 18, 2017, we regret that refunds (or credits given) cannot be processed.
Hotel Information
*Note: If you are attending your Harvard Law School Reunion-classes of 1957, 1962, 1967, 1972, 1977, 1982, and the Emeritus Club–your host hotels and information may be found on the HLS Reunion website.
Q: Where should I stay?
A: We have secured room blocks at the Charles Hotel at a rate of $399/night in Harvard Square and the Freepoint Hotel at a rate of $239/night in West Cambridge. Shuttle service is provided for bicentennial attendees and shuttle schedule will be available at check in. All rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.
- To reserve a room at the Charles Hotel, please call the hotel at 800-882-1818 and give the booking agent the Group Code ‘BICENTENNIAL17’.
- To reserve a room at the Freepoint Hotel use the HLS200 group booking page.
