David E. Sanger, a national security correspondent for The New York Times and the senior fellow in National Security and the Press at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, joins the bicentennial summit this October! Sanger will be a participant in “National Security, Privacy, and the Rule of Law,” a session hosted by Jonathan Zittrain.
